RIGHT-TO-KNOW LAW (OPEN RECORDS)
In compliance with Act 3 of 2008, the Right-to-Know Law (Open Records), the Wayne Highlands School District is providing the following information:1. Contact information for the Wayne Highlands School District Open Records Officer (ORO).2. Contact information for the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.3. The Wayne Highlands School District Public Records Policy.4. The Right-to-Know Request Form.5. Schedule of Fees.
Any legal resident of the United States may request copies of public records. The request must be in writing using the Request Form, or a letter or e-mail that includes all of the information required on the Request Form. The request may be sent to the Open Records Officer by e-mail, U.S. Mail, fax or delivered in person.
